Carol Erb Artist Talk : A Peek Behind the Curtain 11/3

Event Info

Photographic artist Carol Erb takes you on a peek behind the curtain to show you how she created some of her most familiar images. Known for her unique practice of layering with images, the artist will show you how she uses Photoshop as a tool to create her fictional worlds, along with images that failed to make the cut. It’s not a photoshop tutorial, but a peek into her artistic mind and how she goes from inspiration to completion.

Carol will also discuss the importance of a strong concept and project statement to communicate an idea, and best practices for photographic artists working with composited digital imagery.

Questions from participants are encouraged.
