STATEMENT

The Center for Fine Art Photography is proud to present Landscapes. In this exhibition, artists have captured the natural world with an extraordinary expanse of natural formations; man made vistas, the patchwork of land from a bird’s eye view, and more. The juror, Chantel Paul, is the Program Coordinator for San Diego State University’s Downtown Gallery. Prior to the Downtown Gallery, she was curator at the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego, CA from 2010-2015; and curated many significant exhibitions; including, After Ansel Adams (2014), Staking Claim: A California Invitational (2013), (2012), and Streetwise: Masters of 60’s Photography (2011). Landscapes 2015 exhibition with its numerous interpretations on the theme, has the power to transport you around the world and back again
