is a one day class
on understanding
and putting layers
to use in your
everyday Photoshop
workflow. Learn
how this powerful
tool can provide
not only a holding
place for selections,
but color corrections,
special effects
and even conversions
from color to high
quality black and
white images.

Creating
high quality selections
that smoothly blend
in or just taking
out elements in an
image are a few of
the skills this class
will address. You
will also be shown
additional ways to
achieve these effects
using both the tools
and special techniques
in Photoshop.
The class uses Photoshop
CS3. Most of what
you learn in this
course is also applicable
to 7 along with both
CS and CS2. An intermediate
or advanced beginning
knowledge of Photoshop
is required.
This course uses Photoshop
CS3 covers:

• Use of Adjustment
Layers for Color Corrections
• Layer Sets
• How Layers
can be used on multiple
images

Opacity, and Fill

class. Computers are
provided but you are
welcome to bring your
own should you prefer
to. Class size is
